The application effect and safety analysis of Yiqi Wenyang Huoxue Formula on chronic heart failure of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type
Objective To explore the application effect and safety of Yiqi Wenyang Huoxue Formula in the treatment of chronic heart failure with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods Using the random number table method,100 patients with CHF of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type admitted to our hospital in the past 3 years were divided into an observation group and a control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatments such as diuretics,neonicotinoid,and betaloc,while the observation group received additional Yiqi Wenyang Huoxue Formula on the basis of the aforementioned conventional treatments.Compare its clinical efficacy,serum related indicators before and after treatment,cardiac function indicators and exercise tolerance,and finally compare its incidence of adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%,higher than 80.00%of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,levels of N-terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),plasma noradrenaline(NE)and aldosterone(ALD)were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and the 6-minute walk test(6MWT)in the observation group were higher than in the control group,while the left ventricular end systolic volume(LVESV)and left ventricular end diastolic volume(LVEDV)were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference(P＞0.05)in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group(8.00%)and the control group(12.00%).Conclusion For patients with chronic heart failure of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type,adding Yiqi Wenyang Huoxue Formula on the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment can further improve its clinical efficacy,improve the expression levels of neuroendocrine factors and NT-proBNP,enhance heart function and exercise endurance,and have high safety.
