Clinical efficacy study of traditional Yi Jin Jing guidance technique combined with Wen Tong acupuncture on the syndrome of failed lumbar spine surgery
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of traditional Yi Jin Jing guidance technique combined with Wen Tong acupuncture on lumbar spine surgery failure syndrome(FBSS).Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 60 patients with FBSS admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2023.The data of 30 patients treated with conventional acupuncture were included in the control group,and the data of 30 patients treated with traditional Yi Jin Jing guidance technique combined with Wen Tong acupuncture were included in the observation group.Compare the efficacy,lower back and leg pain,and lumbar spine function between two groups.Results The excellent and good rate at the end of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).At the end of treatment,both groups showed a decrease in the waist and leg visual analog score and Oswestry functional impairment index,with the observation group having a lower score.Both groups showed an increase in treatment scores evaluated by the Japanese Orthopaedic Association,with the observation group having a higher score(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Yi Jin Jing guidance technique and Wen Tong acupuncture method has significant therapeutic effects on FBSS,reducing pain in the lower back and legs and improving lumbar spine function.
