补肾温阳止痛汤联合推拿治疗腰椎骨质增生的疗效及对VAS、JOA评分的影响

摘要
目的 评估补肾温阳止痛汤联合推拿治疗腰椎骨质增生的疗效及其对疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)和日本骨科协会评分(JOA)的影响.方法 在2023年1月-2024年1月期间,本院共收治了110例腰椎骨质增生患者,按照单双号分组,每组各55例.所有患者均接受了常规西药治疗.对照组仅接受推拿治疗,而治疗组则接受了补肾温阳止痛汤与推拿的联合治疗.比较两组患者在腰椎功能、疼痛程度方面的差异.结果 治疗后,两组患者的主观症状、临床体征、日常活动等JOA评分均显著提高,且治疗组的提高幅度大于对照组.两组患者的VAS评分均显著降低,且治疗组的降低幅度大于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 补肾温阳止痛汤联合推拿治疗能显著改善腰椎骨质增生患者的腰椎功能,减轻患者疼痛,表明该联合治疗方案在腰椎骨质增生的治疗中具有重要的临床应用价值.
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Bushen Wenyang Zhitong Decoction combined with massage in the treatment of lumbar bone hyperplasia and its influence on visual analogue scale(VAS)and Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA).Methods From January 2023 to January 2024,a total of 110 patients with lumbar bone hyperplasia were treated in our hospital.55 cases were randomly grouped according to odd-even numbers.All patients received conventional western medicine treatment.The control group only received massage treatment,while the treatment group received Bushen Wenyang Zhitong Decoction and massage combined treatment.The study compared the differences in lumbar function and pain between the two groups.Results After treatment,JOA scores of subjective symptoms,clinical signs and daily activities were significantly improved in both groups,and the improvement in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group.VAS scores in both groups were significantly reduced,and the reduction in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Bushen Wenyang Zhitong Decoction combined with massage therapy can significantly improve the lumbar function and relieve pain in patients with lumbar bone hyperplasia,indicating that the combined treatment has important clinical application value in the treatment of lumbar bone hyperplasia.
