摘要

目的 制定脉络通颗粒中大孔吸附树脂裂解产物(正己烷、苯、甲苯)的检查方法并规定其限度.方法 采用气相色谱法顶空进样,DB-1(柱长30m、内径0.32mm、膜厚0.5μm)弹性石英毛细管柱,FID检测器,高纯氮气为载气.结果 正己烷在0.5018-6.022μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.99949),平均加标回收率为97.43%,RSD=2.8%(n=6);苯在0.05882-0.7059μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.99966),平均加标回收率为96.60%,RSD=2.4%(n=6);甲苯在0.4959-5.951μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.99926),平均加标回收率为93.87%,RSD=2.1%(n=6).结论 本方法简便可靠,重现性好,可用于脉络通颗粒中正己烷、苯、甲苯的残留检查.

Abstract

Objective To develop a method for detecting the cracking products(n-hexane,benzene,toluene)of macroporous adsorption resin in Mailuotong particles and to specify their limits.Methods Gas chromatography was used for headspace injection,with DB-1(column length 30m,inner diameter 0.32mm,membrane thickness 0.5μm)elastic quartz capillary column,FID detector,and high-purity nitrogen gas as the carrier gas.Results The linear relationship of n-hexane was good within the range of 0.5018-6.022μg/ml(r=0.99949),with an average recovery rate of 97.43%and RSD=2.8%(n=6);the linear relationship of benzene was good within the range of 0.05882-0.7059μg/ml(r=0.99966),with an average recovery rate of 96.60%and RSD=2.4%(n=6);the linear relationship of toluene is good within the range of 0.4959-5.951μg/ml(r=0.99926),with an average recovery rate of 93.87%and RSD=2.1%(n=6).Conclusion This method is simple,reliable,and has good reproducibility,and can be used for residual detection of n-hexane,benzene,and toluene in Mailuotong granules.
