Analysis of short-and long-term efficacy of Tianji orthopedic robot Tirobot navigation system combined with pelvic posterior ring channel screw internal fixation for pelvic fractures
Objective To investigate the short-and long-term efficacy of the Tianji orthopedic robot Tirobot navigation system combined with pelvic posterior ring channel screw fixation for pelvic fractures. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 80 patients with pelvic fractures admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to May 2023.According to different surgical methods, the two groups of patients were divided into an observation group and a control group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group patients were treated with traditional perspective sacroiliac screw fixation, while the observation group was treated with the Tianji orthopedic robot Tirobot navigation system combined with pelvic posterior ring channel screw fixation.Compare the recent screw placement accuracy and fracture reduction status, perioperative indicators, incidence of complications between two groups of patients, and conduct a one-year outpatient follow-up for all patients to compare their degree of functional recovery. Results There was no significant difference in the excellent and good rate of fracture reduction between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).The excellent and good rate of screw insertion accuracy in the observation group was 100.00%,which was higher than that in the control group(90.00%,P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the length of hospital stay between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).The observation group had lower numbers of needle insertions, surgical time, intraoperative bleeding, and visual analog scale(VAS)scores one week after surgery compared to the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was 7.50%lower than that in the control group, which was 25.00%(P<0.05);the excellent rate of long-term efficacy in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than that in the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Tianji orthopedic robot Tirobot navigation system and pelvic posterior ring channel screw fixation for the treatment of pelvic fractures has higher screw placement accuracy, can reduce the number of guide wire placements, surgical time, intraoperative bleeding, and postoperative pain in patients, and can also reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, resulting in better long-term efficacy.
