The effects of enoxaparin sodium combined with triphenylphenol on symptom resolution time,endocrine indicators,and coagulation function in patients with threatened miscarriage
Objective To investigate the effects of enoxaparin sodium combined with triphenylphenol on the time of symptom resolution,endocrine indicators,and coagulation function in patients with threatened miscarriage.Methods 88 patients with threatened miscarriage admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to June 2024 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 44 patients in each group,using a random number table.The control group received triphenylphenol injection,while the observation group received enoxaparin sodium injection in addition to the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 5 days.Observe and compare the clinical efficacy,symptom resolution time,endocrine indicators,coagulation function,adverse reactions,and incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes between two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.18%,which was higher than the control group's 77.27%.The observation group had lower abdominal pain(2.56±0.44)days,vaginal bleeding(2.10±0.51)days,and the time for the disappearance of lower back acid symptoms(1.92±0.24)days compared to the control group.After treatment,the observation group had higher levels of estradiol(E2)(1428.26±45.96)pg/mL,progesterone(P)(38.26±5.21)ng/mL,and β-human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG)(1783.69±105.29)IU/mL compared to the control group.After treatment,the observation group had higher activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)(33.43±3.81)s and prothrombin time(PT)(14.66±1.42)s and thrombin time(TT)(13.43±1.03)s compared to the control group,and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes was lower in the observation group than in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05);statistical data analysis showed no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of enoxaparin sodium and phloroglucinol is clinically effective in treating patients with threatened miscarriage.It can effectively promote the resolution of clinical symptoms,regulate endocrine indicators,improve coagulation function,reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes,and has high medication safety.
