Effect analysis of the second batch of key monitored drugs controlled by rational drug use supervision system
Objective To explore the effect of rational drug use supervision system on the control of the second batch of key monitoring drugs.Methods The data were collected from the hospital Information System(HIS),and the use data of 34 product specifications of the second batch of key monitored drugs in our hospital were collected from September 2022 to August 2023 before the implementation of the rational drug use system supervision.After that,the rational drug use supervision system was applied to control and control,and the use data of 34 product specifications of the second batch of key monitored drugs in our hospital from September 2023 to August 2024 after the supervision was implemented.The proportion of the consumption amount of key monitored drugs and the qualification rate of key monitored drug reviews before and after management were analyzed.Results After management,the amount of medication was 3841.632 thousands yuan lower than that before management 5155.688 thousands yuan,and the proportion of medication after management was 10.14%lower than that before management 14.31%,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Random check of 240 prescriptions/medical orders before and after review management,record the qualified rate of review.After management,229 prescriptions/medical orders were qualified,the pass rate was 95.42%;before management,201 prescriptions/medical orders were qualified,and the pass rate was 83.75%.After management,the pass rate of prescriptions/medical orders was significantly higher than before management.The difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05,χ2=4.522).Among the unqualified prescriptions/medical orders before and after management,the proportion of nutritional nerve and improving microcirculation was the highest,which were 41.03%and 45.45%,respectively.Conclusion The rational drug use supervision system can effectively improve the qualified rate of prescription/doctor's order and reduce the proportion of drug consumption.
