The value of SPECT/CT imaging in the clinical diagnosis of bone metastases of lung cancer
Objective To explore the application value of SPECT/CT imaging technology in the clinical diagnosis of bone metastases of lung cancer with pathological results as the gold standard,in order to provide reliable technical support for the early screening and diagnosis of bone metastases of lung cancer. Methods In this study,118 newly diagnosed patients with suspected lung cancer bone metastases admitted to our hospital from August 2022 to August 2024 were selected as the research objects, and the SPECT/CT and pathological results of the patients were compared and analyzed. Results In this study,101 cases(85.59%)of 118 suspected lung cancer patients with bone metastasis were confirmed by pathological examination.SPECT/CT was used to diagnose bone metastases of lung cancer in 101 positive cases(85.59%)and 17 negative cases(14.41%).The accuracy, specificity, sensitivity, misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate of SPECT/CT were 98.31%,94.12%,99.01%,5.88%and 0.99%,respectively.Conclusion SPECT/CT technique is relatively reliable for early screening and diagnosis of lung cancer with bone metastasis, and can be widely used according to specific conditions.
