Research on the application of the efficient teaching mode of combined PBL in the training of obstetrics and gynecology
Abstact:Objective To analyze the application value of joint PBL education model in obstetrics and gynecology training.Methods From September 2019 to June 2020,42 residents were selected and randomly divided into PBL teaching group and traditional teaching group,with 21 students in each.SPSS23.0 software was used for statistical analysis to compare the teaching effect and satisfaction between the two groups.Results①A total of 42 residents were included in this study,including 13 residents in the first year,14 residents in the second year and 15 residents in the third year.With the extension of the training period,the proportion of students with the ability to deal with common gynecological and obstetrical diseases increased.②The scores of PBL teaching group were significantly better than those of traditional teaching group on subjective and objective questions in the in-class test(P≤0.001).③Compared with the traditional teaching model,the annual theoretical assessment scores of students in the combined PBL teaching model were increased obviously(P=0.002).④Compared with the traditional teaching group,the PBL teaching group had significant improvement in teaching satisfaction evaluation(P<0.001).Conclusion The combined PBL teaching model can improve students'concentration and performance in class,promote the process of knowledge absorption and understanding,significantly improve the assessment scores and teaching satisfaction,and significantly enhance the teaching effect.
