The application of OMP teaching method combined with SNAPPS teaching mode in the teaching of oncology graduate students
Objective To explore the application of OMP teaching method combined with SNAPPS teaching model in the teaching of oncology graduate students.Methods 40 postgraduate students majoring in oncology in the classes of 2021 and 2022 in Capital Medical University were selected as the research objects and divided into control group(n=20)by random number table method.Observation group(n=20)adopted the"one minute"supervised teaching method(OMP)combined with student-led teaching(SNAPPS)mode,and finally compared the assessment results,teaching effect and satisfaction of each site of clinical multi-station assessment(OSCE)between the two groups.Results The OSCE scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05),the teaching satisfaction and teaching effect of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion OMP teaching method combined with SNAPPS teaching mode can improve the teaching effect of oncology graduate students,improve their clinical thinking and ability to analyze and solve problems,and make up for the shortcomings of previous teaching to a certain extent.
