目的 分析天津市局部地区团体无偿献血的开展情况和变化趋势,为做好团体无偿献血的招募动员工作提供依据.方法 选取天津市局部地区2019-2023年全血团体无偿献血者166412人次为研究组,同时期其他非团体无偿献血者455908人次为对照组,按照性别、年龄、职业、文化程度、户籍、献血量等分组进行统计分析.结果 2019-2023年,团体无偿献血人次呈现出阶段性增长趋势,人口学资料差异明显.献血量200mL占比呈现出阶段性增长的趋势,300mL和400mL占比则呈现出阶段性的下降趋势.研究组200mL、300mL和不足量的占比均高于对照组,400mL占比低于对照组.结论 多元化的团体无偿献血模式正在初步形成,我们要进一步完善招募策略,建立健全的团体无偿献血长效机制,促进无偿献血可持续发展.
Analysis and changing trend of group voluntary blood donation
Objective To analyze the development and changing trend of group voluntary blood donation in some areas of Tianjin,and to provide a basis for improving the recruitment and mobilization of group voluntary blood donation.Methods 166412 whole blood group voluntary blood donors from 2019 to 2023 were selected as the study group and 455908 other non-group voluntary blood donors during the same period were selected as the control group in some areas of Tianjin.The data were grouped and statistically analyzed according to gender,age,occupation,educational level,household registration,and blood donation volume.Results From 2019 to 2023,the number of group voluntary blood donors showed a phased increasing trend.There were significant differences in demographic data.The proportion of 200mL showed a phased increasing trend,while the proportions of 300mL and 400mL showed a phased decreasing trend.The proportions of 200mL,300mL,and insufficient volume in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the proportion of 400mL was lower than that in the control group.Conclusion A diversified group voluntary blood donation model is taking shape,we need to further improve the recruitment strategy,establish and improve the long-term mechanism of group voluntary blood donation,and promote the sustainable development of voluntary blood donation.
