Practice and reflection on autonomous management of employment of laid-off workers in health institutions
This paper points out the shortcomings and problems in the employment of laid-off positions in the independent management of health institutions.Combined with the work practice,it puts forward some suggestions for improving the evaluation system of post employment,integrating it into daily management,and trying new models,so as to provide references for the scientific and fair implementation of post employment under independent management.
