Application effect of graded nursing based on risk assessment in vascular access management of hemodialysis patients
Objective To explore the application effect of graded nursing based on risk assessment in vascular access management of hemodialysis patients. Methods A total of 106 hemodialysis patients treated in the Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from May 2023 to April 2024 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into a graded group(routine nursing combined with graded nursing based on risk assessment)and a control group(routine nursing)according to the coin toss method, with 53 cases in each group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The infection rate and complication rate of vascular access in graded group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After nursing, the scores of self-care ability and quality of life in graded group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of graded care based on risk assessment in hemodialysis patients is helpful to reduce the incidence of vascular infection, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve their self-care ability and quality of life.
