Effect of nursing model based on stress system theory on psychological stress and quality of life in patients with closed craniocerebral injury
Objective To analyze the effects of emergency system theory-based nursing model on psychological stress and quality of life of patients with Closed craniocerebral injury(CCI)in the process of nursing services for patients with mild craniocerebral injury(CCI).Methods 36 patients with mild CCI who received treatment in our hospital from June 2021 to December 2023 were selected as experimental subjects in this study.In the process of grouping patients,the method of computer randomization was adopted.Among them,18 patients were in the observation group,and the nursing mode based on stress system theory was adopted.The other 18 patients were the control group,and the nursing method was routine nursing.Results After comparing the level of mental resilience,coping style,sleep quality and quality of life,there was no significant statistical significance before nursing,P>0.05;after nursing,the psychological resilience level and coping style of patients in the observation group were more ideal,and the sleep and quality of life were relatively higher,which were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing model based on stress system theory is a relatively ideal nursing method for patients with mild CCI,which has positive effects on psychological stress,sleep quality and quality of life of patients.
