Analysis of the application effect of continuous nursing mode in patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation undergoing radiofrequency ablation after surgery
Objective To investigate the application effect of continuous nursing mode in patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation undergoing radiofrequency ablation after surgery. Methods 112 patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation admitted between February 2023 and February 2024 were selected from our hospital. All patients underwent radiofrequency ablation treatment and were randomly divided into two groups according to a random number table. The control group(n=56)received routine nursing care, while the observation group(n=56)received continuous nursing care. The incidence of complications and INR compliance rate between the two groups were compared;quality of life score before and after nursing care;negative emotion score and pain score before and after nursing care;sleep quality score before and after nursing care;nursing satisfaction. Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the INR compliance rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);before nursing, there was no significant differecnce in the quality of life scores, negative emotion scores, pain scores, and sleep quality scores between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After nursing, the above scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion After radiofrequency ablation treatment for paroxysmal atrial fibrillation patients, continuous nursing intervention can prevent complications, improve their quality of life, sleep quality, and emotions, enhance patient satisfaction, and has high application value, which is worth promoting.
