Effect of spousal synchronous cognitive-behavioral intervention on the improvement of coping style, psychological resilience and sleep quality in patients with threatened miscarriage
Objective To observe the application value of spouse synchronous cognitive-behavioral intervention in the nursing of patients with threatened miscarriage. Methods A total of 82 patients with threatened miscarriage admitted to Tianjin Yellow River Hospital from March 2022 to February 2023 were randomized, with 41 patients in the control group and 41 cases in the experimental group. Both groups received routine nursing, and the experimental group was given a spouse synchronous cognitive-behavioral intervention. The coping style, psychological resilience, sleep quality and fetal preservation outcomes were compared between the two groups after intervention. Results After intervention, the negative coping part of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the positive coping part score was significantly higher than that of the control group. After intervention, the scores of Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)and Adult Resilience Scale(RSA)in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group. After intervention, the scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and Insomnia Severity Index(ISI)in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The success rate of tire preservation in the experimental group was 90.24%(37/41),which was significantly higher than that in the control group[73.17%(30/41)].The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Spouse synchronous cognitive-behavioral intervention can significantly improve the coping style, enhance their psychological resilience, improve their sleep quality, and improve the success rate of fetal preservation in patients with threatened miscarriage.
