Effects of comprehensive nursing based on IMB model in patients undergoing transurethral resection of bladder tumor
Objective To explore the application value of comprehensive nursing based on IMB model in patients after electrosurgical resection of bladder tumors.Methods A total of 120 patients with bladder tumor admitted to the Department of Urology,the Second Hospital of Tianjin Medical University from January to June 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to the results of coin toss,they were divided into IMB group(comprehensive nursing combined with routine nursing based on IMB model)and control group(routine nursing),with 60 cases in each group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results After nursing,compared with the control group,the operation time,postoperative exhaust time and hospital stay in IMB group were shorter,the incidence of postoperative complications was lower,the CFS score was lower,and the SUPPH score was higher,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing based on IMB model can achieve satisfactory nursing effect and is worth popularizing.
