Application of early graded personalized prevention and control nursing in the prevention of autologous arteriovenous fistula thrombosis in hemodialysis patients
Objective To explore the application of early graded individualized prevention and control nursing in the prevention of autologous arteriovenous fistula thrombosis in hemodialysis patients. Methods 92 cases of hemodialysis patients from our hospital were selected as research subjects from June 2023 to June 2024.The patients were divided into observation group(n=46)and control group(n=46)based on the random number table method. The control group were received with routine nursing care, while the observation group were received with early graded individualized prevention and control nursing care on the basis of the control group. The self-care ability and patient quality of life of two groups were compared before and after intervention. And record the incidence of thrombosis and related complications in two groups of autogenous arteriovenous fistula. Results The scale for self-care of hemodialysis fistula(ASBHD-AVF)and the Short Form of Health(SF-36)related dimension scores of observation group were significantly improved than control group after intervention(P<0.05).The incidence of thrombosis and other related complications(Vascular stenosis, internal fistula occlusion)of observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early graded individualized prevention and control nursing can effectively improve the self-management ability of hemodialysis patients with arteriovenous fistula, prevent arteriovenous fistula thrombosis and related complications, and improve the quality of life of patients.
