基于品管圈小组指导下的"S-O-R"模式健康教育在脑卒中患者中的应用

目的 探讨脑卒中患者使用基于品管圈小组指导下的"S-O-R"模式健康教育的效果。方法 选择2022年1-12月在我院康复科的80例脑卒中患者,分为对照组、观察组。对照组行常规干预,观察组使用基于品管圈小组指导下的"S-O-R"模式健康教育,对比两组的生活自理能力、肢体运动功能、吞咽功能、负性情绪、护理满意度。结果 干预后,观察组ADL、FMA评分明显高于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0。05);观察组吞咽功能评分明显比对照组低,有统计学差异(P<0。05);观察组焦虑、抑郁评分明显比对照组低,有统计学差异(P<0。05);观察组护理满意度明显比对照组高,有统计学差异(P<0。05)。结论 脑卒中患者使用基于品管圈小组指导下的"S-O-R"模式健康教育能够明显提高患者的生活自理能力,降低负性情绪,值得推广。
Application of"S-O-R"model health education in stroke patients under the guidance of quality control circle group
Objective To study the consequences of using"S-O-R"model health education based on the pro-people group.Methods Select 80 brain pawn cases in our rehabilitation department in January to December 2022,which are divided into control and observation groups.The control group received routine intervention,while the observation group received health education based on the"S-O-R"model guided by the quality control circle group.The two groups were compared in terms of self-care ability,limb movement function,swallowing function,negative emotions,and nursing satisfaction.Results After intervention,the ADL and FMA scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05);the swallowing function score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05);the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of"S-O-R"model health education under the guidance of quality control circle group can significantly improve patients'self-care ability and reduce negative emotions,which is worthy of promotion.
