Application research of multidisciplinary collaboration model led by hospital level nursing professional teams in enteral nutrition management of critically ill patients
Objective To explore the application effect of a multidisciplinary collaboration model led by hospital level nursing professional teams in the management of enteral nutrition in critically ill patients. Methods 200 critically ill patients with enteral nutrition in various intensive care units of our hospital from January 2024 to July 2024 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into an experimental group and a control group, with 100 patients in each group according to their admission time. The experimental group adopted the MDT team led by the hospital level nursing professional group for nutritional management, while the control group adopted the traditional mode for nutritional management in each intensive care unit. Results The accuracy of nutritional risk screening and the achievement rate of nutritional goals in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of enteral nutrition complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Moreover,the nutritional metabolism indicators on the 7th and 14th days of nutritional treatment were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion A multidisciplinary collaboration model led by hospital level nursing professional teams can effectively improve the effectiveness of enteral nutrition management for critically ill patients.
