医院急诊患者人文关怀满意度现状及其影响因素分析

目的 探讨急诊患者人文关怀满意度的现状,分析其影响因素,为改进医院护理的人文关怀服务质量提供建议和指导。方法 采用便利抽样法选取2023年9月-2024年3月天津市北辰医院急诊收治的156例患者为研究对象,采用一般资料调查问卷、人文关怀满意度问卷对患者进行问卷调查,采用多元线性回归分析人文关怀满意度的影响因素。结果 患者人文关怀满意度各维度得分分别为(9。23±0。89)、(16。40±1。16)、(20。08±1。22)、(18。25±1。14)、(17。39±1。10)、(20。50±1。30),人文关怀满意度总分为(115。06±6。13);单因素分析结果表明,年龄、婚姻状况、家庭收入、文化水平、是否首次就诊、医疗保险类型差异有统计学意义(P<0。05);多元线性回归表示,婚姻状况、是否首次就诊及医疗保险类型是急诊患者人文关怀满意度的影响因素。结论 急诊患者对人文关怀的满意度处于中等水平,未来应注重提升关怀质量,优化沟通方式,并更好地照顾患者的情感和心理需求,以提高整体满意度。
Current situation and influencing factors of humanistic care satisfaction of emergency patients in hospital
Objective To explore the current situation of humanistic care satisfaction of emergency patients,analyze its influencing factors,and provide suggestions and guidance for improving the quality of humanistic care service in hospital nursing.Methods A total of 156 patients admitted to the emergency department of Tianjin Beichen Hospital from September 2023 to March 2024 were selected by convenient sampling method.General data questionnaire and humanistic care satisfaction questionnaire were used to investigate the patients,and multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of humanistic care satisfaction.Results The scores of patients'satisfaction with humanistic care were(9.23±0.89),(16.40±1.16),(20.08±1.22),(18.25±1.14),(17.39±1.10),(20.50±1.30),and the total score of satisfaction with humanistic care was(115.06±6.13).Univariate analysis showed that there were significant differences in age,marital status,family income,education level,first visit,and type of medical insurance(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression showed that marital status,first visit or not and medical insurance type were the influencing factors of humanistic care satisfaction of emergency patients.Conclusion The satisfaction of emergency patients with humanistic care is at a medium level.In the future,attention should be paid to improving the quality of care,optimizing the way of communication,and taking better care of patients'emotional and psychological needs to improve the overall satisfaction.
