Effect of comprehensive nursing combined with psychological intervention on blood pressure level and quality of life in elderly patients with hypertension
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing combined with psychological intervention on elderly patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 200 elderly patients meeting the diagnostic criteria for hypertension in Ronghua Community Health Service Center,Jingkai District,Beijing were selected from August 2023 to August 2024.Each patient was randomly numbered and randomly selected to be divided into two groups,100 patients in the control group and 100 patients in the observation group,and the control group received routine intervention.The observation group received comprehensive nursing combined with psychological intervention,and the effects of different interventions(blood pressure and quality of life)were compared and analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the blood pressure of observation group was lower after 4 weeks and 6 weeks intervention(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the quality of life data of the observation group was higher after 6 weeks of intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing combined with psychological intervention in elderly patients with hypertension is beneficial to help patients stabilize blood pressure and improve quality of life.
