The effect of Red Core Feminine Cleansing Liquid on menopausal vaginitis patients
Objective To explore the effects of the combination of Red Core Feminine Cleansing Liquid and Baofukang suppository on symptom scores,vaginal health status,and hormone levels in patients with menopausal vaginitis.Methods 129 patients with menopausal vaginitis from November 1,2021 to November 1,2023 in our department were selected as the research subjects.The patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method.64 cases in the control group were given external application of Baofukang suppository;observation group of 65 cases,in addition to the control group,combined with external application of Red Core Feminine Cleansing Liquid.Compare the treatment effects of two groups of patients based on symptom scores and vaginal health status,and use radioimmunoassay to detect serum estradiol(E2)and serum follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)levels to compare the hormone levels after treatment between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.46%(64/65),which was higher than the control group's 84.38%(54/64)(χ2=6.4973,P=0.0108＜0.05).Both treatment regimens can alleviate symptoms of menopausal vaginitis patients,promote vaginal health,and balance hormone levels,but the observation group showed better symptom relief and stable cytokine levels than the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of drug-related adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.69%(5/65),slightly higher than the control group's 3.13%(2/64),with no statistically significant difference(χ2=0.5719,P=0.4495＞0.05).Conclusion The effect of treating menopausal vaginitis patients with Red Core Feminine Cleansing Liquid and Baofukang suppository externally is accurate,and can significantly improve the symptoms of vaginitis,promote vaginal health,and balance hormone levels.
