Effect of Hedan capsule combined with atorvastatin on blood lipids and angina pectoris in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hyperlipidemia
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Hedan capsule combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD)patients with hyperlipidemia.Methods 72 CHD patients with hyperlipidemia were divided into two groups according to random number table method.Control group 36 cases were treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets,observation group 36 cases were treated with Hedan capsule,both groups were treated continuously for 12 weeks.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the TCM syndrome score,total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and triglyceride(TG)levels after treatment were lower than those of the control group,the frequency of angina pectoris was lower than that of the control group,and the duration of angina pectoris was shorter than that of the control group(all P＜0.05).No adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Conclusion On the basis of atorvastatin,combined with Hedan capsule is more effective and safe in the treatment of CHD patients with hyperlipidemia,which is worthy of promotion.
