摘要
牛白藤[Hedyotis hedyotidea(DC.)Merr.]为茜草科耳草属干燥全草,在我国广西、广东、福建、台湾、贵州、云南等地广泛分布,资源丰富.现代研究表明,牛白藤中含有萜类、甾体类、香豆素类、木脂素类等化合物,具有镇痛、抗肿瘤、抗菌消炎、抗白血病效应等作用.目前,牛白藤的药理活性研究大多以萜类为主,但是相关的药理机制研究较少.因此,本文对牛白藤的化学成分与药理作用及临床应用研究进行归纳总结,为今后对牛白藤的开发利用提供理论参考.
Abstract
Hedyotis hedyotidea(DC.)Merr.is a dried whole grass of the genus Rubiaceae.It has abundant resources and is widely distributed in Guangxi,Guangdong,Fujian,Taiwan,Guizhou,Yunnan and other places in China.Modern re-search shows that Hedyotis hedyotidea(DC.)Merr.contains terpenes,steroids,coumarins,lignans and other compounds.It has analgesic,antitumor,antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,anti-leukemia effects and other effects.At present,most of the pharmacological activity studies of Hedyotis hedyotidea(DC.)Merr.are mainly on terpenes,but there are few studies on re-lated pharmacological mechanisms.Therefore,this paper summarized the chemical composition,pharmacological effects and clinical application research of Hedyotis hedyotidea(DC.)Merr.,in order to provide a theoretical reference for the develop-ment and utilization of Hedyotis hedyotidea(DC.)Merr.in the future.
