Defective items and countermeasures of wholesale enterprises specialized in TCM decoction pieces in Shandong province
Objective The countermeasures and suggestions were put forward in order to provide reference for the guarantee of TCM quality in Shandong Province,through the analysis of the licensing situation and the problems found in the on-site inspection of the wholesale enterprises specialized in TCM decoction pieces in Shandong Province.Methods Statis-tics were made on defective items of licensing inspection of the wholesale enterprises specialized in TCM decoction pieces in Shandong Province from 2020 to 2022,the existing problems were analyzed to put forward countermeasures.Results The common problems found in the licensing on-site inspection mainly focus on quality management system documents,organi-zation and quality management responsibilities,personnel and training,and facilities and equipment.Conclusion Enterprises should strictly implement the main responsibilities and improve the quality management system,pay attention to internal audit work and improve the effectiveness of training,should transform and upgrade to improve industrial concentra-tion.The supervision department should strengthen supervision,improve the on-site inspection ability of TCM inspectors,and speed up the construction of professional and specialized TCM inspectors.
