摘要

目的 探讨表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(epigallocatechin gallate,EGCG)与氟康唑(fluconazole,FLC)联用对耐药白色念珠菌(Candida albicans,CA)的协同抗感染效果及作用机制.方法 选用 6 株耐药CA,通过棋盘微量稀释试验,利用部分抑菌浓度指数(fractional inhibitory concentration index,FICI)评价联合作用的抗耐药CA作用;及利用荧光显微镜观察两药联用对菌丝生长的影响.结果 通过FICI评价法,证实了EGCG与氟康唑联用具有协同抗耐药CA作用,且二者的协同作用可能与抑制菌丝生长有关.结论 EGCG与FLC联用具有协同抗耐药CA的作用,且协同作用机制可能与抑制菌丝生长有关.

Abstract

Objective To investigate the synergistic anti-infection effect of epigallocatechin gallate(EGCG)combined with fluconazole on drug-resistant CA and its mechanism of action.Methods Six strains of drug-resistant CA were selected and evaluated by checkerboard microdilution test with fractional inhibitory concentration index(FICI).The effect of the combination of the two drugs on the growth of mycelia was observed by fluorescence microscope.Results By FICI evaluation,it was confirmed that EGCG combined with FLC had a very good synergistic action against drug resistant CA,and the synergistic effect of the two was probably related to the inhibition of mycelial growth.Conclusion EGCG com-bined with FLC has synergistic action against drug resistant CA,and the synergistic mechanism may be related to inhibition of mycelial growth.
