仿生纳米颗粒给药系统在高效递释方面具有巨大潜力。而高密度脂蛋白(high-density lipoprotein,HDL)作为天然纳米颗粒,具有高效运输性、高度安全性、特异靶向性和极强穿透性等特点,具有作为药物载体应用的潜能。仿生HDL的纳米药物传输系统研究越来越受到关注。本文综述了HDL的组成、结构、代谢等生物学基础及人工重构的HDL作为药物载体结构设计、制备方法及应用研究现状,以期为HDL药物载体材料的深入研究提供理论指导。
Research progress on the biological basis of HDL transport to liver and its application as drug carrier
The development of biomimetic nanoparticle drug delivery systems is an emerging field with enormous poten-tial for efficient drug delivery.High density lipoprotein(HDL),as a natural nanocarrier,possesses features such as high transport efficiency,high safety,specific targeting,and strong penetrabillity,making it a potential drug carrier.The research on HDL-based nanoparticle drug delivery systems is increasingly gaining attention.This article reviewed the biological basis of HDL,including its composition,structure,metabolism,and its current status of research and application as a drug carrier of reconstituted HDL.The aim of this article is to provide new ideas for the in-depth study of HDL as drug carrier materials.
