沉香精油化学成分和药理作用研究进展

通过查阅国内外文献,对沉香精油的不同提取方法、精油的化学成分及药理活性等方面进行总结阐述。沉香精油提取方法主要有超临界CO2 萃取法、亚临界流体萃取法、酶辅助提取法及水蒸气蒸馏法等,沉香精油主要由倍半萜类、色酮类、芳香族类和脂肪酸类等天然化学成分组成,有抗炎、抗氧化等药理活性。目前沉香精油的基础研究相对较少,在精油提取方法、化学成分研究、药理活性研究等方面有待进一步深入探讨。
Research progress on chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Agarwood essential oil
The main context of this review of the essential oil of Agarwood is written up in aspects of the extraction methods,chemical constituents and pharmacological activity through summarizing the overall literature reports.The main ex-traction methods of Agarwood essential oil includes supercritical carbon dioxide extraction,subcritical fluid extraction,steam distillation,enzyme assisted extraction and so on.The essential oil of Agarwood is mainly composed of natural chemical com-ponents such as sesquiterpene,chromones,aromatics and fatty acids,which obtain pharmacological activities such as anti-inflammatory and antioxidant.Most of related researches of the Agarwood essential oil mainly focused on discovering the ex-traction method and the chemical property.In the field of the the extraction method,chemical composition and pharmacologi-cal activity of the essential oil and the pharmacological activity require further explored.
