姜黄素在心血管疾病中的作用与新型给药策略研究进展

摘要
心血管疾病(CVD)是危害人类生命健康的头号杀手,造成沉重的疾病健康与卫生经济负担.姜黄素是传统中药姜黄中的主要活性成分,属于多酚类化合物.近年来研究报道,姜黄素具有抗炎、抗氧化、降血脂、抗血栓等作用,有望成为心血管疾病临床治疗的潜在药物.本文就近 3 年来姜黄素在心血管疾病中的最新研究进展与新型给药策略进行综述,以期为姜黄素在心血管疾病防治中的应用提供理论依据.
Abstract
Cardiovascular disease(CVD)is the first killer of human life and health,causing heavy health and economic burden.Curcumin,a polyphenol compound,is the main active compound in traditional Chinese medicine turmeric.In recent years,studies have reported that curcumin has anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,hypolipidemic,antithrombotic and other beneficial effects,and is expected to become a potential drug for clinical treatment of cardiovascular diseases.Here,we give a summary of the latest research progress on the mechanism and novel drug delivery strategies of curcumin in cardiovascular diseases in past three years,thus to provide theoretical basis for the application of curcumin in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
