银杏叶提取物抗炎活性成分及作用机制研究进展

本文对银杏叶抗炎活性成分及其作用机制进行综述,以期为研究银杏叶提取物相关的新型抗炎药物提供思路与启发。通过对大量国内外相关文献进行查阅与比较分析,并对其进行归纳整理与综述,发现银杏叶提取物抗炎作用成分主要集中于黄酮类与萜内酯类成分,且作用机制具有多样性,主要涉及调节氧化应激、调节炎症信号通路、调节炎症因子等方面。目前对银杏提取物抗炎作用的研究在各个信号通路与炎症因子的研究较为深入,但是针对银杏叶提取物发现安全有效的抗炎药物相对较少,明确银杏叶提取物抗炎活性成分,探究其协同作用机制是银杏叶提取物抗炎研究的主要任务之一。
Research progress on anti-inflammatory active ingredients and mechanism of Ginkgo biloba extract
In this paper,the anti-inflammatory active ingredients and their mechanisms of action of Ginkgo biloba were reviewed,in order to provide ideas and inspiration for the study of novel anti-inflammatory drugs related to Ginkgo biloba extract.Through consulting and comparative analysis of a large number of domestic and foreign related literature,it is summarized and summarized.The anti-inflammatory components of Ginkgo biloba mainly focus on flavonoids and terpene lactones,and the mechanism of action is diverse,mainly involved in regulating oxidative stress,regulating inflammatory signaling pathways,regulating inflammatory factors and so on.At present,studies on the anti-inflammatory effects of Ginkgo biloba extract have been in-depth in various signaling pathways and inflammatory factors,but relatively few safe and effective anti-inflammatory drugs have been found for Ginkgo biloba extract.Clarifying the anti-inflammatory active ingredients of Ginkgo biloba extract and exploring its synergistic mechanism are one of the main tasks of the anti-inflammatory studies of Ginkgo biloba extract.
