摘要

科研创新能力的培养与提升依然是当今研究生教育的首要任务.为提高药学研究生提出新思想、解决问题的能力,笔者以科研思路与方法课程为例,从教学内容、教学方法及教学策略、评价方式等进行课程教学创新改革,并以问卷的形式对研究生进行课后反馈评价去指导改革方向.通过运用一系列教学措施激发了学生对科研的兴趣、拓宽了知识面和视野、促进师生交流和学生-学生间交流、能够培养药学研究生的科研创新能力和发现与解决问题的能力,达到了预期的培养目标和教学效果.

Abstract

The cultivation and enhancement of scientific research innovation ability is still the primary task of graduate education today.In order to improve the ability of pharmacy graduate students to propose new ideas and solve problems,the author takes the course Scientific Research Ideas and Methods as an example to carry out innovative teaching reforms in terms of teaching content,teaching methods,teaching strategies,evaluation methods,etc.,and conducts post class feedback evaluations on graduate students in the form of questionnaires to guide the direction of reform.By using a series of teaching measures to stimulate students'interest in scientific research,broaden their knowledge and perspectives,promote teacher-student communication and student-student communication,and cultivate their ability to innovate in scientific research and discover and solve problems,the expected training objectives and teaching effects have been achieved.
