摘要
电压门控质子通道(voltage-gated proton channel,Hv1)是一种对质子具有高选择性的通道,在神经系统中表达并发挥生理功能.Hv1 通过跨膜转运质子,维持细胞内外的pH并参与活性氧的产生,进而参与多种神经系统相关疾病的调控.本文主要总结了电压门控质子通道在神经系统中的相关功能,以及对神经系统相关疾病的调控作用.
Abstract
Voltage-gated proton channel(Hv1)is a highly proton selective channel that is expressed and performs physiological functions in nervous system.Hv1 regulates cytosolic pH and participates in the production NOX-dependent reactive oxygen species by transporting protons across membranes,and then plays a role in the regulation of neurological diseases.This review summarized the expression and distribution of Hv1 in the nervous system and the regulation of neurological diseases.
