摘要
中药在逆转肺癌耐药中具有重要作用,而从中药中提取的单体化合物往往对于逆转肺癌耐药也有较好的活性.为了解目前不同结构中药单体化合物在肺癌多药耐药中的研究进展,本文以中药单体、肺癌、耐药性等为关键词在PubMed、Web of Science、中国知网、维普、万方等数据库对中药单体成分逆转肺癌耐药的相关研究文献进行了检索,归纳了有关的中药单体类化合物,如生物碱类、萜类、黄酮类、皂苷类等化合物,综述了其在逆转肺癌耐药的作用及机制,从而可以为其进一步研究提供参考和思路.
Abstract
Traditional Chinese medicine plays an active role in reversing drug resistance of lung cancer,and monomer compounds extracted from traditional Chinese medicine often have a good role.In order to review the research progress on TCM monomer compounds acting on multidrug resistance in lung cancer,TCM monomer,lung cancer and drug resistance were used as keywords to search the related literature in the databases of PubMed,Web of Science,CNKI,VIP,and Wanfang,etc.The relevant TCM monomer compounds,such as alkaloids,terpenoids,flavonoids,saponins and other compounds were summarized.The effects and mechanisms of these compounds in reversing lung cancer drug resistance were reviewed.It will provide reference and new ideas for the further research of these compounds.
