摘要
冰片以清热止痛作用在心脑血管疾病治疗中发挥了广泛的药理作用,同时作为常见的"药引"以"芳香开窍、引药上行"之功促进了其他药物透过血脑屏障用于脑靶向给药系统的设计之中.基于此,本文在整理冰片药理作用的基础上,重点综述了冰片的"引药上行"作用和相关机制及其在传统复方剂型和现代纳米给药系统的应用情况,力求全面反映冰片在"引经药"研究领域的整体进展,为深入探究冰片的药用价值和现代化应用开发研究提供科学参考依据.
Abstract
Borneol has a wide range of pharmacological effects in the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases due to its heat-clearing and painkilling effects.At the same time,as a"drug priming",it promotes the penetration of other drugs through the blood-brain barrier by"aromatic opening the orifice and guiding drug up"and has been widely used in the design of brain-targeted drug delivery systems.Based on this,based on the pharmacological effects of Borneol,this paper focuses on the"guiding drug up"effect related mechanism of Borneol and its application in traditional compound dosage forms and modern nano-drug delivery systems.It aims to comprehensively reflect the overall progress of Borneol in the research field of"guiding drug",so as to provide a scientific reference for further exploring the medicinal value of Borneol and its modern application development research.
