摘要
近年来,研究人员为提高大黄酸的生物利用度及生物活性,对其结构进行修饰与改造得到许多大黄酸类衍生物如季铵盐类、季磷盐类、甲基化类、糖苷类、金属配合物类等.本文以大黄酸结构修饰位点为主线,围绕灭蚊活性、清除自由基、抗结核、抗骨质疏松、抗胆汁淤积性肝纤维化、抗炎、抗应激性和糖尿病性性腺功能减退、抗阿尔茨海默病、抗白血病等活性展开做一综述.该综述为大黄酸的构效关系研究及开发大黄酸类药物提供参考.
Abstract
In recent years,in order to improve the bioavailability and biological activity of rhein,researchers have modified its structure to obtain many rhein derivatives such as quaternary ammonium salts,quaternary phosphorus salts,methylation,glycosides,metal complexes,etc.In this review,the structural modification sites of rhein are taken as the main line,and the activities of anti-mosquito,free radical scavenging,anti-tuberculosis,anti-osteoporosis,anti-cholestatic liver fibrosis,anti-inflammatory,anti-stress and diabetic hypogonadism,anti-Alzheimer's disease,anti-leukemia have been reviewed.This review provides a reference for the study of structure-activity relationship of rhein and the development of rhein drugs.
