Research progress on extraction,purification and characterization of Gastrodia elata polysaccharides
To provide the basis for further research and industrial production by summarizing the extraction,separation,purification and characterization of Gastrodia elata polysaccharides.Relevant literatures on"Gastrodia elata Polysaccharides","extraction and purification"and"characterization methods"were searched in domestic and foreign databases,and a comprehensive review of the related content was conducted.The commonly used method for extracting Gastrodia elata Polysaccharides is water extraction,with chromatography being used for purification and spectroscopy for characterization.New extraction and separation techniques can be applied.However,the current extraction are relatively traditional and the separation purity is low.Although new techniques have been utilized for structural characterization,there is still no unified standard.Therefore,further research is needed to explore its application in industrial production.
