摘要

培养能够从事药物研发的创新人才是高等院校药学专业本科生教育的基本目标之一.微生物学是药学专业重要的基础课程,微生物学的理论知识和实验技能直接影响学生以后从事相关科研的能力.本文介绍结合"深海药源微生物优质菌株的发现与高产育种"研究课题,科研反哺教学,将科研思维融入微生物学实验教学,切实培养学生的动手能力与系统技能,为培养具有科研能力的药学人才提供有力的支撑.

Abstract

Training innovative talents of drug discovery is one of the basic goals of undergraduate education of pharmacology specialty in universities.Microbiology is an important basic course of pharmacology specialty.Theoretical knowledge and experimental skills of microbiology affect student's scientific research ability directly in their future work.We took advantage of an approved research projects of"Discovery of good medicinal strain from deep sea and breeding of the high yield"to feed back undergraduate teaching.The scientific thinking was infiltrated into microbiology courses to improve the teaching quality by systematically training experimental skill of the students and to support the cultivating of pharmaceutical talents with research ability.
