Advances in methods for the study of percutaneous permeability of drugs
The percutaneous permeability of drugs in the transdermal drug delivery system is directly related to the safety and effectiveness of drugs in clinical application. In the development process of transdermal preparation, drug permeability evaluation can predict the skin permeability properties of drugs, help to understand product quality and performance, and provide an important indicator for drug development. At present, researchers have developed a variety of drug skin permeability research methods,in vitro transdermal test is the most commonly used, the mainstream method is Franz diffusion cell method;mathematical model permeability prediction, animal test and other research methods can also be used to study drug permeability,in addition to parallel artificial membrane permeability model research, spectral technology and microdialysis technology and other new methods. This paper introduces these research methods and hopes to provide some reference for researchers.
