皂苷表面活性剂在药物递送系统中的研究进展

皂苷是许多中药的有效成分,由于其两亲性结构,具有较高的表面活性和自组装性能,可作为天然表面活性剂。越来越多的研究发现,当药物与皂苷联用,可提高药物的溶解度或生物利用度,或产生一定的协同作用。因此,皂苷成为一种潜在的药物递送系统(DDS)载体引起了众多关注。本文综述了皂苷作为载体的分子特性、作用机理以及其在DDS中的作用及应用。
Research progress on saponin surfactants used in drug delivery systems
Saponins are effective ingredients of many traditional Chinese medicines,which can be used as natural surfactants due to their amphiphilic structure,high surface activity and self-assembly property.More and more studies have found that when drugs are combined with saponins,the solubility or bioavailability of them can be improved,or a certain synergistic effect can be produced.Therefore,saponins have attracted much attention as potential drug delivery system(DDS)carriers.In this paper,the molecular characteristics,mechanism of action and application of saponins as carriers in DDS were reviewed.
