m6A相关蛋白抑制剂的研究进展

N6-甲基腺苷(N6-methyladenosine,m6A)是广泛存在于生物体内部的转录修饰,主要由甲基转移酶、去甲基化酶和阅读蛋白所调控,在RNA的加工、转运、翻译及稳定性方面发挥重要作用。近年来在肿瘤中发现m6A相关蛋白表达异常,并可通过改变靶基因的m6A修饰水平来调控肿瘤的进展,因此针对m6A修饰的治疗具有广阔的前景。m6A相关蛋白抑制剂是一类能够抑制m6A甲基化修饰的化合物,可用于研究m6A修饰在基因表达调控中的作用机制。该文论述了m6A的 3 种关键分子及其与疾病的关系,并总结了这些m6A相关蛋白小分子抑制剂的最新研究进展。
Research progress of m6A associated protein inhibitors
N6-methyladenosine(m6A)is a widespread transcriptional modification in organisms,which is mainly regulated by methyltransferase,demethylase and reading protein.It plays an important role in RNA processing,transport,translation and stability.In recent years,the abnormal expression of m6A associated proteins has been found in tumors,and the tumor progression can be regulated by changing the m6A modification level of target genes.Therefore,the treatment of m6A modification has broad prospects.m6A associated protein inhibitors are a class of compounds that can inhibit m6A methylation modification,which can be used to study the mechanism of m6A modification in gene expression regulation.In this paper,three key molecules of m6A and their relationship with disease were reviewed,and the latest research progress of small molecule inhibitors of these m6A associated proteins was summarized.
