Analysis of lidocaine in the treatment of complex regional pain syndrome in a juvenile
Complex regional pain syndrome(CRPS)is usually secondary to primary trauma and severe refractory, and polypathic pain syndrome may occur after fracture surgery or unconscious minor trauma, characterized by malnutrition and dysfunction. At present, the main clinical treatment is multi-modal pain management, but the long-term combination of multiple drugs might cause greater side effects. This paper focuses on the rational drug use analysis of a case of lidocaine local subcutaneous injection for the treatment of complex regional pain syndrome, and uses evidence-based pharmacy thinking to analyze and discuss the drug use of this patient, actively provide medication suggestions and medication education, and promote the rational use of analgesic drugs for special clinical populations.
