Investigation of the exposure and knowledge attitude practice status of reproductive toxic drugs among pregnant women
Objective To investigate the current status of exposure and knowledge attitude practice status of reproductive toxic drugs among pregnant women,in order to provide a basis for conducting pregnancy pharmacy clinics and health education.Methods Investigate the KAP,social support,and self-efficacy levels of pregnant women in Zaozhuang area,and analyze using SPSS software.Results A total of 109 valid survey questionnaires were collected,among which 6 pregnant women had exposure to reproductive toxic drugs.There are statistical differences in KAP levels due to differences in education level and per capita monthly income(P<0.05).KAP is positively correlated with social support and self-efficacy(P<0.01).Conclusion Pregnant women in Zaozhuang area are exposed to reproductive toxic drugs,and those with low education and income have lower KAP levels.A health education team should be established to develop a KAP improvement plan and strengthen health education.It is recommended that establish pregnancy pharmacy clinics.
