Establishment of specific chromatogram of Uyghur traditional medicine Herba Hyssopi and determination of two constituents
Objective To establish the HPLC specific chromatogram of Herba Hyssopi and to determine the contents of diosmin and linarin.Methods The analysis was performed on C18 column(4.6 mmx250 mm,5 μm),mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid solution in a gradient elution manner at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1,and detection wave-lengths were set at 328 nm for specific chromatogram,and 333 nm for diosmin and linarin.Results There were eighteen main chromatographic peaks in the HPLC specific chromatogram of Hyssopus Officinalis.Diosmin and linarin showed good linear relationships within the ranges of 10.773~430.92 ng and 0.324 7~324.73 ng,whose average recoveries(n=9)were 97.1%and 100.2%with the RSD of 1.5%and 0.7%,respectively.Conclusion This method was accurate and stable,which can be used for the quality control of Hyssopus Officinalis.
