摘要
脂肪酶是参与脂质代谢的关键酶,可以作为治疗肥胖的关键靶点,作用于外周的脂肪酶抑制剂具有高效、副作用小等优势.现对脂肪酶的作用机理及来源于化学合成、微生物和植物的脂肪酶抑制剂的研究进展进行了综述,为发现更强效的天然脂肪酶抑制剂提供启示与思路.
Abstract
Lipase is a key enzyme involved in lipid metabolism,which can be used as a key target for the treatment of obesity.Lipase inhibitors acting on the periphery have the advantages of high efficiency,few side effects.In this paper,the mechanism of lipase and the research progress of lipase inhibitors from chemical synthesis,microorganism and plant are re-viewed,which provide inspiration and ideas for the discovery of more potent natural lipase inhibitors.
