Study on quality analysis method of Chrysanthemi Flos based on"quality-quantity"double standard
Objective To establish a qualitative and quantitative"quality-quantity"dual-standard control method for chrysanthemum medicinal materials with control materials as the control substance and quantitative control method without relying on a variety of reference substances. Methods High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was used to estab-lish the characteristic map of chrysanthemum medicinal materials with the control medicinal materials as the reference mate-rial,and the characteristic peak components were identified by mass spectrometry technology, and the authenticity of the me-dicinal materials, that is,the"quality",was clarified by the similarity of the characteristic peaks of the control medicinal materials and the tested medicinal materials. The reference substance"isochlorogenic acid A"was accurately quantified and the chemical composition of the remaining characteristic peaks was relatively quantified through the reference substance sub-stance,so as to distinguish the advantages and disadvantages of medicinal materials, that is,"quantity".Results The"quality-quantity"analysis method of chrysanthemum medicinal materials was established to meet the requirements of methodological investigation, and the similarity between the tested medicinal materials and the control medicinal materials was greater than 0.900,and the lower limit of the relative content of characteristic peaks of chrysanthemum medicinal mate-rials was specified. Conclusion This method does not rely on a variety of reference substances, and can clearly and quickly judge the authenticity of chrysanthemum medicinal materials, which provides a reference for the quality control of chrysan-themum medicinal materials, improves the quality control system of Chinese herbal medicines, and provides new ideas for the development of traditional Chinese medicine.
