毛细管电泳是一种以毛细管为分离通道,以高压直流电场为驱动力的液相分离技术,该技术具有分离度高、分析速度快、分离模式灵活多样等优点,能够分离检测多肽、蛋白质、核酸等多种生物大分子样品,在疫苗质量控制领域中的地位日益凸显,目前已被企业和检验机构广泛认可,本文对毛细管电泳在疫苗质量控制中的应用进展进行了综述。
Advances in the application of capillary electrophoresis in vaccine quality control
Capillary electrophoresis is a liquid phase separation and analysis technique that uses capillaries as separa-tion channels and high-voltage electric fields as the driving force.It offers advantages such as high separation efficiency,low sample volume,rapid analysis speed,and versatile separation modes.It can effectively separate and detect various biological macromolecule samples,such as peptides,proteins,and nucleic acids,etc.The position in the field of vaccines quality control is becoming increasingly prominent.It has been widely recognized by enterprises and inspection agencies.This paper reviewed the application progress of capillary electrophoresis in vaccine quality control.
