Starting from the relationship between wood and soil,according to the pathogenesis evolution process of"wood"and"soil",this paper discussed the clinical diagnosis and treatment ideas and methods of wood without soil,wood with soil,wood with soil deficiency,and civil discapacity in chronic gastritis.It pays attention to the mixed symptoms,flexibly applies classical prescriptions,makes up for the defects of treating by syndrome differentiation and syndrome type alone,and gives full play to the advantages and characteristics of Chinese and western integrative treatment.Hope to provide a new clin-ical idea for the prevention and treatment of chronic gastritis.
