龙羊峡水电站溢洪道闸门及启闭机改造设计

龙羊峡水电站原设计溢洪道检修闸门为静水启闭,由溢洪道坝顶单向门机通过机械自动抓梁操作.鉴于溢洪道堰顶高程以上库容较大,改造检修门为事故门,使其具备动水闭门功能,提高弧形工作闸门的安全保障,从而确保工程的运行安全是十分必要的.本文结合现场条件,从技术、经济等方面对改造设备布置方案进行比选,最终采用定轮闸门固定卷扬式启闭机方案,可为相似工程提供技术参考.
Transformation design of spillway gate and hoist of Longyangxia Hydropower Plant
In the original design of Longyangxia Hydropower Plant,the spillway bulkhead gate is opened and closed in still water,which is operated by a one-way gantry crane on the dam crest of the spillway through mechanical automatic pick-up beam.In view of the large reservoir capacity above the spillway weir crest elevation,it is very necessary to reconstruct the bulkhead gate into an emergency gate so that it can be closed in flowing water and improve the safety guarantee of the radial service gate,thus ensuring the safe operation of the project.In combination with the site conditions,this paper compares and selects the layout schemes of reconstructed equipment from technical and economic aspects,and finally adopts the fixed winch hoist scheme with a fixed wheel gate,which can provide technical reference for similar projects.
