深圳平安金融中心核心筒钢板剪力墙焊接技术

深圳平安金融中心共17层核心筒钢板墙,分布在地下5层~地上12层.钢板墙分为水平缝和竖向缝,水平缝均采用焊接连接,竖向缝采用焊接连接和高强螺栓连接.钢板墙对接焊缝分为竖向焊缝和横向焊缝,竖向焊缝采用双面坡口形式,横向焊缝采用的坡口形式与板厚有关.笔者分别就焊缝形式、焊接顺序、焊接工艺及焊接措施进行阐述,以达到减小钢板墙焊接变形、确保焊缝质量、提高焊接效率的目的.
Steel Plate Shear Wall Welding Technology of Core Tube of Shenzhen Ping'an IFC
Shenzhen Ping' an IFC has 17-storey core tube steel plate wall,which is located in underground floor 5 to floor 12.Steel plate wall consists of transverse and vertical joints,and transverse joints apply welding connection,vertical joints apply welding connection and high strength bolts connection.Moreover,the connection welding joints of steel plate wall consist of vertical and transverse welding joints.Vertical welding joints apply double groove,and transverse welding joints apply the groove with plate thickness.The authors described the welding style,welding sequence,welding technique and measures to reduce the welding deformation of steel plate wall and assure welding joints quality,improve welding efficiency.
